BOATING SAFETY COURSES are $35.00 (plus tax).
Our classes are limited to 5 persons per session (please ensure to bring a copy of GOVERNMENT ID).
Preferred to go private?
PRIVATE COURSES (1 on 1) are $65.00 (plus tax).
You can select your Time, Day and Month.
Challenging the P.C.O.C. Examination.
CHALLENGE THE EXAMINATION for only $22.50 (plus tax) with free retries (24 hours later)!
If you're a knowledgeable boater and you just want to challenge the exam, you can do so from Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

About the course
Our classroom course was written with the novice boater in mind and is not intended for a person who wants to pursue an ocean going voyage.
The course is accredited by Transport Canada and it will provide you with the basics in navigation and boat handling skills in a fun and interactive way.
The time frame of the course is approximately 4 to 5 hours with a topic of "9 voyages".
At the end of it, you must take a 50 multiple choice questions exam where a 75% or greater score (38 out of 50) is required to pass.
The exam is timed - 1 hour and 30 minutes.
After passing the exam, you will receive your temporary card immediately and your official Pleasure Craft Operator Card (P.C.O.C.) will be mailed to the provided address within 4 to 6 weeks.
Once obtained, your P.C.O.C.is good for life!
Should you fail, you may attempt the exam again after 24 hours.

Deposit and cancelations
A deposit of $10.00 is required and there are no refunds for the course.
Please keep in mind that changes made within 8 days of course date will be subject to a $10.00 administration charge.
Should you fail to show up for a confirmed course without giving advance notice, your entire course costs will be forfeited. If you need to reschedule, please get in touch with us ahead of time!
